University of Maryland Center for Educational Partnership
The Center for Education Partnership, located in a former elementary school building owned by the university, has been transformed into a university/community partnership building. The Engaged University and LAYC’s Maryland Multicultural Youth Center have collaborated on a number of projects at two key middle schools inside-the-beltway-Prince George’s County since 2005. Now that both are housed at the University of Maryland Center for Educational Partnership in Riverdale, a number of the programs developed through that collaboration have become signature programs of the Center. MMYC is the lead community organization and the Engaged University is the lead university organization in the building.

From 495 Beltway, heading East:
Take Exit 22B, MD 295--Baltimore/Washington Parkway toward Washington
Exit at MD-410, New Carrollton/Hyattsville
Turn Right at Exit onto Riverdale Road
Turn Right at Light at 62nd Place
Go about 3 blocks to 6200 Sheridan, large building on Left
From Baltimore:
Take MD 295--Baltimore/Washington Parkway toward Washington
Exit at MD-410, New Carrollton/Hyattsville

From University of Maryland College Park Campus:
From main campus gate, cross Route 1 onto Paint Branch Parkway, heading East.
Make a Right at River Road and follow to Kenilworth Avenue [OR proceed straight on Paint Branch to Kenilworth (201).] Make Right onto Kenilworth and then a Left (going East) when you reach Riverdale Road (410), Proceed to the stop light, getting into left-hand turn lane at (Refreshing Springs Church) 62nd Place. Left onto 62nd Place. Go about 3 blocks to 6200 Sheridan, large building on Left
From 410/East-West Highway:
If you follow Route 410/East-West Highway eastward from Silver Spring, you pass through Takoma Park and then proceed to Hyattsville, passing the Mall at Prince George's Plaza on your left. Continue and merge, staying on Route 410 East. Crossing Route 1, MD 410 East is also called Riverdale Road. Stay on this road, crossing over Kenilworth Avenue (MD 201). Proceed to the stoplight, getting into left-hand turn lane at (Refreshing Springs Church) 62nd Place. Left onto 62nd Place. Go about 3 blocks to 6200 Sheridan, large building on Left.
